I have always received great care from this surgery for both myself and my four children. I moved out of the area and was anxious about leaving but was assured I could stay with the practice which was a great relief. In particular I want to mention Dr Patel who is, in my opinion, the GP I have 100% confidence in and can be completely relaxed talking about issues. He has been a tremendous support and my daughter saw him yesterday for the first time and said 'he's the only doctor I ever want to see'. If I had to make one observation it would be around the ability to contact the surgery at times and have on occasion spent 40 minutes trying to get through on the phone. That said, it is an extremely busy surgery and my frustration comes from sitting in the waiting room and seeing how many people have not turned up for their appointments - can we not implement a fine for this - dentists do!!!! I'm sure the surgery get equally frustrated In summary, a fantastic surgery with a host of exceptional GP's and would never consider going anywhere else, grateful to be a patient there

I have always had great care from this surgery. Although due to the high demand for appointments it can be difficult to get one quickly, I have found the reception staff to be very helpful, for example giving clear advice on how and when to call back. I recently saw Dr. Collins when my son was unwell - I found him to be both approachable and knowledgable. He established a good rapport with my son and we left very much reassured. We didn't have to wait long to see him and at no point did I feel rushed during the consultation. In fact, I'd like to know how he does it :)

I had an appointment with Dr Collins. He took time to give me a detailed explanation of my problems in a way I could understand and gave me helpful and practical advice.

Fantastic doctors. Really feel like they do take interest in you and your condition and always very helpful. Lots of patients on books means that sometimes it can be tricky to get through on the phone to get appointment and I think it would help if always there were 2 receptionists in 2 windows open to deal with people's queries. Parking can be an issue during school run hours but hopefully when they move to new premises it won't be an issue any more. Doctors are the best GPs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in England and this beats every other criteria in my opinion.

This is a fantastic Practice. The Doctor's are extremely friendly and professional, they always listen to all concerns and provide appropriate treatment. The receptionists and nurses are very helpful and polite. I have never struggled to get an emergency appointment, as an example I was surprised to be able to see a Doctor today having called very late in the day.
